Mr. Siqueira is a Mine Manager with 14 years of experience in open pit mining operations in Brazil. Ability at leading large production and technical teams, strong understanding of costs and  KPIs  control, contract management and implementation of mine management system. Experience with Green and Black Belt projects work at Six Sigma Metodology, resulting in: increasing OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), specific cost reduction,  water and energy management system. Mr. Siqueira started his career in 2005 at Votorantim Metals (currently Nexa),Kinross, Aura Minerals, Votorantim Cimentos, Meridian Mining, he had the opportunity to coordinate all the process steps in the mine during his career : geology, planning, drilling, blasting, infrastructure and mine operation. Vast knowledge of a variety of commodities as nickel, gold, manganese and limestone. He joined MVV in July 2019 as mining manager . He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering at the Federal University of Ouro Preto, in MG and MBA in Economic Management in Natural Resources in BI International.
